William received a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from the University of Rhode Island. He is also a cum laude graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law.

Before joining HCC, William served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Rhode Island Workers’ Compensation Court.

During law school, William completed a judicial externship for the Honorable Brian P. Stern of the Providence County Superior Court, Business Calendar. He also served as a Student Practitioner with the Business Start-Up Clinic, providing legal services on behalf of small businesses in the Rhode Island area.
